The UC Berkeley SWE x Industry Mentorship Program pairs industry professionals with gender-minority students interested in the industry. Pairs meet virtually at least once a month (via Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.) for 30 minutes so the student connects with and receives help from an industry guide.
The purpose of the program is to connect students with someone in their field of interest in the industry. Throughout the mentorship, the mentee guides every meeting with questions, seeking career-related advice, discussion, and support.
The program lasts through May, and it renews each semester for a new set of students. More information on expectations here, and signup form here!
