What We Do
The Talent Outreach office partners with internal teams to raise visibility and awareness of the national laboratory programs offered by Talent Acquisition, the IDEA Office, Workforce Development & Education (WD&E), Career Pathways (Postdoctoral program), Government & Community Relations, and Employee Resource Groups.
We serve as the link between the Lab and its East Bay neighbors – academic institutions, industry partners, and civic and community-based organizations to identify, attract, and hire diverse talent in alignment with the mission of Berkeley Lab.
We collaborate with Lab Researchers and Division Business Managers to develop diversity outreach engagement strategies to ensure that our outreach and recruitment efforts are impactful and promote diversity and inclusion organization-wide.
